Pepano Founder, Artistic Director & Cultural Archivist Based in Calgary, Canada, Rolando carries the lived story of migration, resilience, and creative reinvention. Following personal loss and recovery, he rebuilt his path through visual reconstruction, leading to the creation of Niko Dimitri and, ultimately, BOYVAULT. As Founder and Artistic Director, he anchors BOYVAULT’s vision: to reassemble overlooked masculine histories with dignity, cinematic realism, and cultural authority. --- Vladimir P. Lara Finance & Strategic Operations Advisor From Calgary, Alberta, Vladimir oversees BOYVAULT’s structural backbone. With expertise in financial planning, accounting systems, and long-term scalability, he ensures that BOYVAULT is not just artistically groundbreaking, but also institutionally sustainable.
